The invention provides a compound emulsifying agent for preparing an aqueous emulsion, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 28%-40% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 19%-40% of alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate or fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphate or kali salt of the alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 4.5%-10% of organic base and 19%-45% of emulsifying agent span. The compound emulsifying agent has the advantages of good popularity, easy preparation, stable property and high cost performance and is suitable for the parathion and the production of a plurality of pesticide aqueous emulsions.
