The substrate is prepared by mixing the earthworm casts and the vermiculite together in proportion firstly and than adding N, P and K as the prescription amount. The invention uses the high absorption property of the earthworm casts and the nutrient compounding technology to effectively solve the technical problem of the restriction on the quality improvement of the vegetable seedling substrate, facilitates the formation of strong seedlings and shortens seedling cycle.
