Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting Chinese diabetics who suffer nephropathy or have the possibility to suffer nephropathy or are suspected to suffer nephropathy. The method comprises the following steps: detecting whether a sample from a diabetic contains an I/D genotype of an ACE gene, an M235T genotype of an AGT gene, a (CA) n-5' (z-2) genotype of an ALR2 gene; a C106T genotype of an ALR2 gene promoter area, a G-308A genotype of a TNF-a gene and at least one polymorphism sequence of complementary polymorphism sequences. The ALR2 genotype is not used signally, and the existence of the polymorphism sequences indicates that the diabetic suffers nephropathy or has the possibility to suffer nephropathy or is suspected to suffer nephropathy. The invention also provides a chip for detecting Chinese diabetics who suffer nephropathy or have the possibility to suffer nephropathy or are doubtful to suffer nephropathy. |
