Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a non-chrome passivating agent for steel, zinc plates, aluminum and aluminum alloy pieces, zinc and zinc alloy, which consists of the following materials in percentage by mass: 15 to 35 percent of amino propyl formate resin, 2.0 to 4.0 percent of r-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of fluorozirconate, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of acetic acid, 8.0 to 10.0 percent of glycerol silane ether, 0.05 to 0.10 percent of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.0 to 3.0 percent of butyl cellusolve, 3.0 to 8.0 percent of polyoxyethylene, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of organic lanthanide compound, 0.01 to 0.10 percent of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, and the balance of pure water. The non-chrome passivating agent has the advantage that the non-chrome passivating agent is a surfactant with non-nickel, non-chrome, non-sodium nitrite, non-nitrate, non-fluorine ions, non-three strong acids and easy degradation. |
