The substrate (I) is formed by adding 0.5-2.0 mg/L of 2,-4D and 0.0-0.5mg/L of KT, and a pH value is from 5.5 to 5.7; the substrate (II) is an MS substrate without agaragar, and a pH value is from 5.4 to 5.6; the total flavone content in a culture reaches 8.31 percent and is further higher than the flavone content in guava.
