Particularly a communication single tube tower is arranged in a communication machine room. The integrated room tower mainly comprises a lightning rod, a ventilation seat, a platform, and an iron tower, wherein the ventilation seat is connected to the top end of the iron tower; the lightning rod is connected to the ventilation seat by bolts; and the platform is connected to the iron tower by bolts. The integrated room tower is characterized in that: the iron tower is arranged on a concrete foundation by ground anchor bolts; the iron tower is arranged in a machine room frame; a water proof cover is arranged on the iron tower by bolts, and is positioned on the joint between the machine room and the iron tower; and a door of the iron tower is hinged on the iron tower and positioned on the lower part of the iron tower and in the machine room.
