The clamping device comprises a base, wherein a locating pin extends out of the base and is used to connect the decorating part to the clamping device. A protuberance extends from the base and is coordinated with the first decorative element so as to provide a pivotal axis for the clamping device. A first bump and a second bump extend from the base. The first bump is coordinated with the first decorative element and connects the first decorative element to the clamping device. The second bump is coordinated with the second decorative element and connects the second decorative e
