C, the flow rate is 0.2-20 BV.h, the water, alcohol and ester or the mixture thereof is 5-100 percent of 4-20 times of column volume (BV), and the acid concentration of the pH regulator is 1* 10 to 3.0 mol ; and collecting the eluate, and recovering the organic matters to obtain total alkaloid pow
