Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of an engine of mechanical engineering, and discloses a method for detecting air cylinder sleeve inner hole reticulated honing angle. The method comprises: pencil lead powder or pigment is evenly smeared on the part of the inner surface of an air cylinder sleeve which is needed to be detected; scum generated when the detected part is smeared is blown away; the part of the inner surface of the detected air cylinder sleeve is stuck by transparent adhesive tape, and then the transparent adhesive tape is torn off and stuck on a piece of paper or a piece of plate glass so as to obtain reticulated rubbing for detecting the reticulated angle; the angle between the air cylinder sleeve reicnlbation requiring to be detected and a vertical line of a centre line of the air cylinder sleeve is stuck by the transparent adhesive tape vertically from the detected part towards the upper end surface of the air cylinder sleeve, and a labeled line of the vertical line is made; after th |
