The invention relates to a supporting device with a fast assembly and disassembly function, comprising a base and a support frame, wherein the base is provided with a pair of clamping drawing mechanisms which can oppositely move on a bottom plate, sliding pieces of the clamping drawing mechanisms are positioned on a combination area, at least one pair of buckling pieces of the sliding pieces is mutually spaced in an opposite way due to the extending effect of an elastic retractable device, and at least one movement limiting mechanism is arranged between each sliding piece and the base so as to transversely move in the combination area; the support frame is provided with a buckled piece which can be contained in the combination area at the bottom of a connecting piece, the buckled piece is provided with joint pieces corresponding to positions of the buckling pieces so that the joint pieces downwards move along the buckling pieces of the sliding pieces and the sliding pieces move in the combination area from th
