Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation technique for an AgO(x) thin film with higher AgO content, which is realized by a chemical deposition method. The preparation technique is as follows: silver nitrate and triethanolamine are taken as reactant; silver ion concentration in reaction solution, triethanolamine dropping amount at successive two times and corresponding technological parameters are regulated for controlling AgO content in the thin film; and AgO content in the prepared AgO(x) thin film can reach 54wt.% at most. The preparation technique has simple process flow, does not need harsh reactive devices and conditions, easily realizes the preparation of AgO (x) thin film with higher AgO content, and has obvious promotion functions for the application of the AgO(x) thin film with higher AgO content in fields such as liquid antibiosis field, biological medicine field, light selective transmission, etc.
