System and method for multimedia conference

The invention discloses a multimedia conference system, which is based on a service-oriented architecture. The system comprises a generation unit, an execution unit and an interface unit, wherein the generation unit is used for combining services generated based on service process execution language (BPEL), generating service logic of multimedia conference, sending and deploying the service logicto the execution unit, and the execution unit is used for providing running environment of the service logic and performing concurrent execution operation on at least one service logic.
