Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an automatic adjusting method for a top gas pressure recovery turbine (TRT) excitation system before grid connection. An excitation control system AVR is arranged between a TRT motor and a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a distributed control system (DCS); the on/off of a relay is controlled by a signal transmitted by the PLC or the DCS, and an excitation adjusting and controlling signal is transmitted to the excitation control system AVR; inner programming and logic linking are carried out by the PLC or the DCS according to the on/off signal of the externally input motor grid-connection vacuum breaker assisting junctions; and finally, the automatic adjusting and controlling function of a TRT excitation system before grid connection is finished by system programming. The invention realizes the functions of on-site unattended remote control grid-connection, improves the control technical content of the machine unit and reduces the operating cost for users. |
