Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an airtight tire, which is characterized in that a tire cover of a vehicle can not leak air after being punctured by an iron nail or a sharp object during driving, and the vehicle can be still driven normally; polystyrene foam plastics are installed in the tire without any tire tube, the iron nail is punctured into the foam plastics after puncturing the tire cover, and pressure air in the tire can not leak through the tire cover. The invention is provided with a tire with the tire tube, and polystyrene foam plastics with high density or other filling materials are installed between the tire cover and the tire tube; the iron nail is punctured into the filling materials after puncturing the tire cover and can not puncture the tire tube; and the pressure air in the tire tube can not leak out so that the vehicle can be normally driven. The invention has low manufacture cost, prolongs the service life of the tire and ensures the safe driving of the vehicle. |
