The method comprises that: rotating speed of the combustion turbine is measured through a rotating speed measurement device of the combustion turbine; an inlet temperature of the combustion turbine is measured by an environmental temperature measurement device; a rotating speed signal and a temperature signal are both transmitted to a programmable controller; the programmable controller calculates corrected speed through the rotating speed signal and the temperature signal, and adjusts the opening capacity of an oil supply valve through a fuel controlling device according to oil delivery of the corrected speed at 15 DEG C; and after the combustion turbine is fed with fuel to achieve balanced rotating speed, the combustion turbine drives a load to work.
