The proportioning of the flux-cored wire is as following by weight percentage: 30-50% of fluorite, 2%-5% of one or more than one of the sodium fluoride, sodium cryolite and potassium cryolite, 1%-3% of potassium titanate, 2%-6% of potassium feldspar, 2%-6% of one or two of the rutile and zircon sand, 3%-6% of Cr converted by alloy powder containing chrome such as light carton chromium and steel powder, metal manganese powder and the like, 9%-14% of Mn converted by alloy powder containing manganese such as light carbon manganese and steel powder, metal manganese power and the like, 3%-6% of Mo converted by alloy powder containing molybdenum such as molybdenum and steel powder, metal molybdenum powder and the like, 0.04%-0.1% of B converted by ferroboron or B2O3, 2%-5% of rare earth silicon, 2%-6% of ferrotitanium, 14%-18% of nickel powder, and the rest being ferrous powder.
