The device comprises the following components in sequence: 1, a glass substrate (or a flexible substrate), 2, an anode (an ITO sputtering layer), 3, a hole transmission layer (which can improve injection and transmission of holes), 4, an organic semiconductor luminous layer (a blue light emitting layer), 5, an electron transfer layer (which can improve injection and transmission of electrons and prevent the diffusion of the holes), and 6, a cathode (a metal backing electrode). An organic and inorganic composite color conversion membrane is spun on one side of a substrate without an ITO layer, and a material adopted is a mixture of organic conversion material VQ-D25 pigment and inorganic conversion material YAG phosphor powder.
