Method for forecasting wind speed along railway

The invention relates to a method for forecasting wind speed along a railway, which comprises the following steps: (1) performing multi-layer decomposition and restructuring calculation on a sequence for forecasting the wind speed by selecting the decomposition of a wavelet analysis method and a restructuring algorithm so as to decompose an original non-stationary wind speed sequence into a plurality of layers of stationary wind speed sequences; (2) respectively establishing a corresponding time sequence forecasting model for each layer of the wind speed sequences after the decomposition and reconstruction by using an improved time sequence analysis method; and (3) performing advanced multi-step forecasting calculation on the wind speed sequences of the decomposed layers by using the corresponding forecasting model established for each layer, and then performing weighted calculation on the wind speed forecasting value of each layer to acquire a corresponding forecasting value of the original wind speed sequen
