Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a theodolite tripod for realizing centering and leveling in one step, which comprises a top panel and three adjusting supporting roots, wherein the three adjusting supporting roots are symmetrically arranged below the top panel at equal intervals; the top panel is triangular, and comprises an upper top panel and a lower top panel, three height adjusting pieces are arranged between the upper top panel and the lower top panel at equal intervals; the adjusting supporting roots are arranged below the lower top panel; and at least two sides of the upper top panel are provided with spirit levels. The theodolite tripod for realizing the centering and the leveling in one step has simple operation and improves the working efficiency for the centering and the leveling.
