The invention discloses a photoelectricity profilograph, which comprises a fixing plate, a probe for detecting the surface of an object, a photoelectricity plate and a profilogram forming module, wherein the profilogram forming module is used for recording a profilogram graph of the object according to a displacement signal of the photoelectricity plate; the probe is arranged on the photoelectricity plate; the photoelectricity plate props against the fixing plate tightly in an up-down slide mode; and the photoelectricity plate is connected with the profilogram forming mold. The photoelectricity profilograph provided by the invention greatly reduces the time of profilogram digital analysis and improves the working efficiency of the photoelectricity profilograph.
