Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for recovering zinc metal in leaching residue by combination of ion floatation and a wet method, which comprises the following steps: performing slurrying on the leaching residue after ball milling, and performing ion floatation and liquid-solid separation on slurried solution to obtain 25 to 30 g/l zinc-containing solution; and adding sodium carbonate or a lime milk neutralizer in the zinc-containing solution for zinc precipitation to obtain a zinc precipitation residue product taken as a neutralizer for normal pressure. The method has concise process flow, simple operation, low price of the adopted sodium carbonate or lime, and low cost, can effectively recover the zinc in the zinc leaching residue, has the zinc recovery over 90 percent, saves resources,has low environmental pollution, changes waste into treasure, has high resource utilization rate, well connects the ion floatation and a wet-method zinc melting process, and improves the metal recovery rate of zinc melting. |
