The balise is used for Remote transmission of signaling message to a vehicle-mounted communication device on the vehicle, the balise comprises: a component for receiving a first signal carrying with indication message sent from the vehicle-mounted communication device; a component for sending the signal carrying with signaling message to the communication device; at least an information storing component; and a control component capable of determining at least one parameter of the received configured signal so as to control the sending of the signal carrying with the singaling message. |
