Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a TiO2 based ceramic heating coating used for a heating roller and method for producing the same, belonging to the field of thermal spraying in the material processing engineering. The ceramic coat provided by the invention comprises an insulating layer (1) directly sprayed on a roller nuclear (S), and a heating layer (2) sprayed on the insulating layer (1) and close contacting with the insulating layer (1). the insulating layer (1) and the heating layer (2) are formed by spraying by a plasma spray apparatus. The ceramic coat for the heating roller and method for producing the same, provided by the invention, can effectively solves the problems in other heating roller that the complicated maintenance facility is needed and the heating is uneven, the heating-up temperature is higher, thus having the fast heating, energy conservation, environment protection, uniform and safe temperature and the like.
