The invention discloses a new relay protection checking apparatus belonging to the testing technology field. The relay protection checking apparatus comprises a shell, a power switch mounted on the shell, a protection apparatus mounted in the shell, a current output terminal mounted on the shell and a voltage output terminal mounted on the shell. The circuit in the checking apparatus comprises a current output circuit and a voltage output circuit. A measuring instrumentation is designed in the checking apparatus. Connections apart from loop are reduced. Two common voltage shifts 50V adjacent phase voltage shift and 100V line voltage shift in secondary loop check of relay protection, which saves cost. The invention is simple to operate, light in weight, strong in function without residual functions. The connections are simple and cost is low.
