Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing chromium-zirconium-copper tubes for an electrode material. The method comprises the following steps: performing lining pull on a hard-state chromium-zirconium-copper tube blank which is phi 38 to 40 mm in outer diameter and 5 to 10 mm in wall thickness for the first time; performing empty pull on the tube blank 4 to 6 times after lining pull; performing lining pull for the second time; annealing the tube blank subjected to lining pull for the second time at a temperature of between 410 and 570 DEG C in vacuum; performing empty pull on the annealed tube blank 3 to 5 times; performing lining pull for the third time; performing empty pull 2 to 3 times on the tube blank which is subjected to the lining pull for the third time and combined through a molding die which is 0.5 to 1.5 mm in sizing length and 14 to 26.5 degrees in cavity-entering angle; and obtaining a chromium-zirconium-copper tube used for electrode material.
