Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a multi-mode micro-driving force source based on phased array technology. The entire system comprises a host computer based on IPC, a CAN bus, an ultrasonic emission card, a high-frequency linear power amplifier and an ultrasonic transducer array. The CAN interface of the host computer based on IPC is connected with the ultrasonic transducer array by the CAN bus, the ultrasonic emission card and the high-frequency linear power amplifier. The system has better adaptability, adopts the bus-organized structure, and forms a flexible and scalable module. The digitalized system structure ensures higher phase control accuracy and deflection angle, has convenient operation, and easy maintenance and debugging.
