The semiconductor light-emitting device has a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements on a wiring pattern formed on a substrate. In a part of the wiring pattern exposing from a sealing resin part, a semiconductor light-emitting element extending from a mounting plane side to a far position and connected with the wiring pattern electrically has a higher electrostatic overpressure resistant than that of the other semiconductor elements. Optimumly, the wiring pattern connected with the semiconductor light-emitting element having a higher electrostatic overpressure resistant is independent to the wiring pattern connected with the other semiconductor light-emitting elements electrically. |
