The invention provides an image formation unit, which comprises: an image carrier for keeping a latent image, a live charger for charging the image carrier, a developing unit for forming the latent image on the image carrier through developing by a toner, a cleaner for clearing the toner remaining on the image carrier, an intermediate transfer body for transferring a developed image through the image carrier, and transferring the developed image through overlapping other image carriers; the intermediate transfer body comprises non-electron conductive material; a transfer roller, which has opposite arrangement of a clip of the intermediate transfer body and the image carrier; a first roller, which is arranged on the upstream side of the transmission direction of the intermediate transfer body; and the second roller, which is arranged on the downstream side of the transmission direction of the intermediate transfer body.
