Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a manufacturing method of an integrated automobile hub bearing unit, which belongs to a manufacturing method of automobile parts and components. The traditional manufacturing method of the integrated automobile hub bearing unit has the default that a flanged shaft spline is easy to be deformed, thus causing the dimensional precision and the form and position accuracy to become lower. The method comprises the following steps of: first manufacturing the parts of the integrated automobile hub bearing unit without spline; then assembling the manufactured parts; and then manufacturing the spline after the parts are assembled; therefore, the influence of the heat treatment of the flanged shaft on the dimensional precision and the form and position accuracy of the spline is avoided.
