The invention relates to a circuit board with an electromagnetic interference preventing structure, which comprises an earthing structure, a detection wire, an input and output port module and an electronic element. The earthing structure and the detection wire are both arranged on the circuit board; on end of the detection wire is electrically connected to the earthing structure to form an electromagnetic interference preventing circuit; and the electronic element and the input and output port module are respectively positioned at two sides of the detection wire.
