Method for detecting gear ring workpiece on bend axle pressure machine

The present invention provides a method for detecting a gear ring workpiece on a bend axle pressure machine which includes a magnetic loop cylinder and a jack catchs. The jack catch connects with the magnetic loop cylinder, the jack catch connects with a magnetic loop switch, the magnetic loop switch connects with a PLC signal control terminal; the jack catch position of the cylinder on the gear ring clamp is adjusted, a signal lamp is installed on the PLC signal control terminal for lighting the PLC signal control terminal signal lamp when the jack catch clamping the gear ring; the PLC signal control terminal indication lamp is not light without gear ring clamping; the gear ring is judged whether being clamped according with the signal lamp condition. The method is simple, and can prevent execute later action continuously without gear ring, avoid damage equipment, perfect equipment procedure and service behaviour and reach object for increasing efficiency.
