| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of water-soluble silk glue with different molecular weights, which comprises the following steps: (1) cocoon shells are taken and put into boiled distilled water to be degummed, the bath ratio is 1:30, and the degumming time is 30 minutes; (2) the obtained degumming liquid carries out water bath processing for 0-12 hours in heat water with the temperature ranging from 80 DEG C to 100 DEG C; and (3) silk glue liquid prepared after the water bath processing of the step (2) is frozen and dried so as to obtain the water-soluble silk glue with different molecular weights.
