Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a formula of alloy cast iron used for a valve seat, comprising the following chemical compositions by weight percentages: 2.9-3.3 percent of C, 2.6-3.2 percent of Si, 0.7-1.2 percent of Mn, 0.3-0.6 percent of P, 32-35 percent of Cr, 0.5-1.0 percent of Ni, 1.2-1.5 percent of Mo, 1.0-0.5 percent of W and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The maximum hardness of the valve seat cast by using the alloy through surface quenching can reach HRC55, and the toughness, wear resistance and high temperature resistance thereof are greatly improved. |
