Gripper with location adjusting device and working method thereof

The invention discloses a gripper with a location adjusting device, comprising a chain, a gripper body, a dental plate, a sliding sleeve, a spring, a location pin shaft, a fixed sleeve, adjusting pads, location plates, a lock nut, a threaded sleeve, a connecting seat and a connecting block. The working method comprises the following steps of: the lock nut is loosen, the inner hole of the threadedsleeve is adjusted to be connected with the location pin shaft in a threading way, and the lock nut is fastened after the adjusting; the adjusting pads behind the location plates with different depths are changed so as to lead the pads to meet the requirements of location precision; the gripper starts to work, a front location component withstands one location face of the location pin shaft to complete the location at one time, after working at the position, the front location component is reset, the gripper keeps running; and a rear location component withstands the other location face of the location pin shaft to co
