Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a multi-purpose disinfectant, which is mainly applied to skin, surfaces of the wound and mucous membranes, surfaces of common articles and textile, and the like. The disinfectant consists of the following raw materials: single and double chain compound quaternary ammonium salt, chlorhexidine acetat(or chlorhexidine gluconate) and proper amount of synergistic agent and distilled water. The disinfectant can quickly kill enteric bacilli, suppurative bacilli, yeast bacteria, hospital infection common bacteria, and all known common bacteria, and is widely applied to fields in medical treatment, industry, civilian use and the like.
