The invention relates to a machine shell of electronic devices, which comprises a locking structure and is provided with a first shell board and a second shell board. The locking structure comprises a pilot trench which is arranged on a lateral edge of the first shell board, an elastic arm which is arranged on the lateral edge and extends from the first shell board, and a fixing pillar which is provided with a pillar body, a first plate and a second plate; wherein the first plate and the second plate respectively extend outwards from a pillar jamb of the pillar body, and when the pillar body of the fixing pillar slips into the pilot trench, the first plate and the second plate are respectively positioned at two sides of a board surface of the first shell board, and the front end of the elastic arm leans against the second plate and forces the front end of the pillar body to be inserted into an orifice on the second shell board.
