Zusammenfassung:	A method for recycling dialytic alkali waste liquid of hydraulic liquid and a device belong to the technical field of textile, aiming at solving the problem of recycling the dialytic alkali waste liquid. The technical proposal is as follows: the dialytic alkali waste liquid of hydraulic liquid in the production of viscose filament is used in the working procedures of yarn cakes, such as extrusionwashing, refining and desulphurizing. The method comprises the following steps: a. waste liquid recycling; b. alkali liquid preparing; c. extrusion washing, refining and desulphurizing. The inventiondiscards the habitual bias that the dialytic waste liquid of hydraulic liquid can not be reused owing to high content of hemicellulose therein and applies the dialytic alkali waste liquid of hydraulic liquid to the working procedures of yarn cakes, such as refining and desulphurizing after adding concentrated alkali in certain proportion.
