Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for recycling nickel sulfate P204 raffinate and is characterized in that the steps of the recycling process sequentially comprise: (1) using the manners of physical clarification, air flotation, ultrasonic demulsification and resin absorption to carry out sectional de-oiling to reduce the organism in the solution to below 1ppm; (2) using CN27 resin to absorb the nickel element in the solution so that the nickel ion concentration in the solution after resin absorption is lower than 0.004g/l; and (3) evaporating and crystallizing the solution after de-oiling and nickel ion absorption to obtain sodium sulfate. The method can effectively alleviate the pressure of the waste water treatment system, reducing the environment pollution caused by the waste water, realizes the comprehensive recycling of valuable metals, organism and sodium sulfate in the waste water and enlarges the economic benefit. |
