Zusammenfassung: | A process for manufacturing stainless-steel seamless steel pipes used for a high-pressure boiler, a boiler and a heat-exchanger comprises two aspects of smelting austenitic stainless steel billets and manufacturing seamless steel pipes. In the smelting of the austenitic stainless steel billets, the carbon content of corresponding steel grades is increased properly and contents of titanium and niobium of steel grades containing titanium and niobium are controlled. In the manufacturing process of the seamless steel pipes, hot piercing temperature is controlled respectively according to different steel grades; cold deformation is controlled to be below 50 percent; and the anneal treatment is carried out respectively at proper-high product-in-process softening temperature and proper-low finished-product solid solution temperature.
