Core rod precooling device

The invention relates to a core rod precooling device, comprising a frame, an upper cover of a cooling tank, a lower tank body of the cooling tank, a water spray device of an upper tank body, a water spray device of the lower tank body and the core rod. The precooling device also comprises a rotating shaft arranged on one side of the precooling device, a turnover mechanism which is in transmission connection with the upper cover of the cooling tank, a locking mechanism, a compressed air curtain, two shaft couplings and two limit switches, wherein the upper cover of the cooling tank and the rotating shaft are connected with the turnover mechanism through the shaft couplings so as to realize opening of the upper cover of the cooling tank under drive of the turnover mechanism; the upper cover of the cooling tank is locked with the lower tank body of the cooling tank through the locking mechanism; the compressed air curtain is arranged on the upper cover of the cooling tank to protect water from spilling; the lim
