An indoor heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger are connected with a compressor by a first pipeline and a second pipeline selected by a four-way reversing valve; the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger are connected by a third pipeline; a water-side heat exchanger is arranged on a fourth pipeline in parallel connection with the second pipeline.
