Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for concentrating titanium pigment waste acid, which can be used for preparing sulphuric acid concentrated solution with the concentration of 30-70% and removing a great deal of ferrum and impurities in the waste acid, so that the content of ferrous sulphate can be reduced to be 0.6-0.7%, and the concentrated acid can be directly used for industry. The method comprises the steps: (1) the titanium pigment waste acid liquor with the sulphuric acid concentration of 10-25% is vacuumized at the normal temperature of 10-30 DEG C and decompressed to absolute pressure of 600-5Pa for 2-3h, so that a great deal of moisture in the acid liquor is evaporated, and the ferrous sulphate is gradually crystallized and separated out; (2) the crystalline substance of the ferrous sulphate is separated from the acid liquor, so that the concentrated acid with the concentration of 30-65% is obtained.
