Multi-flow passage fluid conveying device

The invention relates to a multi-flow passage fluid conveying device which is used for conveying a fluid. The multi-flow passage fluid conveying device comprises a valve body base, a valve body cover, a valve body film, a plurality of temporary storage chambers and a vibration device; the valve body base is provided with at least one inlet channel and at least one outlet channel; the valve body cover is arranged on the valve body base; the valve body film is arranged between the valve body base and the valve body cover and provided with a plurality of valve structures, wherein the valve structures have equal thickness and are made of identical material, and the rigidity of at least one valve structure is different from that of other valve structures; the temporary storage chambers are arranged between the valve body film and the valve body cover, as well as between the valve body film and the valve body base; and the periphery of the vibration device is firmly arranged on the valve body cover.
