The method comprises the following steps that: methanol wastewater is pumped into a stripping tower, a reboiler can be used for the tower bottom or water steam or hot air is introduced as a medium, overhead is condensed into a recycled organic mixture (arises delamination) through heat exchange, and a tower bottom effluent COD value is greatly reduced. The method has little investment, low operation cost and flexible process design, simultaneously can recover valuable organisms, realize waste water cyclic utilization, change waste into values, and has high industrial application value.
