Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a processing method for producing strip-shaped thick steel plate workpieces into racks. The processing method is characterized in that the entire processing is finished on a special sawing, drilling and milling combined machine tool, and the annular band saw cutting is mainly adopted to process tooth profiles to ensure that the whole tooth profile processing is cold processing, eliminate the influence that the tooth profile oxygen cutting universally adopted in the world at present causes pitches of the racks to be unsteady due to high heat and the racks are frequently rejected due to exceeded tolerance. The method makes the finish of tooth surfaces further improved, also ensures the error of circumferential pitches of the racks, and improves production efficiency. The racks processed by the method can be used for the hoisting of offshore jack-up drilling platforms and other large-scale members.
