The invention discloses a mobile trolley used for erecting and removing the surface of a construction catwalk of a suspension bridge, mainly comprises rolling pulleys (3), reversely-hanging brackets (5) and a workbench (6), and is characterized in that: the lower end of each reversely-hanging bracket (5) is vertically fixed at the front and rear ends of the workbench (6) respectively; the upper end of each reversely-hanging bracket (5) which is fixed at the front end of the workbench (6) is fixed with the rolling pulley (3) and a drawing ear plate (4); the upper end of each reversely-hanging bracket (5) which is fixed at the rear end of the workbench (6) is fixed with the rolling pulley (3) and a locking device (2), the workbench (6) is reversely hung on a catwalk track cable (1) via the reversely-hanging brackets (5) and the rolling pulleys (3).
