Activated carbon fibrous composite and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an activated carbon fibrous composite which is prepared by collectively weaving of an activated carbon fibrous layer and fiber felts at the upper surface and lower surface of the activated carbon fibrous layer; wherein, the weight percentage of the activated carbon fibrous layer accounts for 15-95% of the activated carbon fibrous composite. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the activated carbon fibrous composite, comprising the following steps: (1) quantifiable chemical fiber or cotton fiber are selected to prepare continuous and uniform fiber felts through opening, carding, lapping and pinpricking; (2) quantifiable activated carbon fiber is taken as an intermediate layer, the manufactured fiber felts are laid on the upper surface and lower surface of the activated carbon fibrous layer and then are collectively woven into a whole, thus the activated carbon fibrous composite is prepared.
