The embodiment of the invention provides a multi-system application method of a three-phase AC (alternating current) voltage stabilizer, and a three-phase AC voltage regulator; the method comprises the following steps: a multi-position selection switch is arranged in the control system hardware circuit of the three-phase AC voltage regulator; the multi-position selection switch corresponds to a plurality of types of network formats, such as 220/380V, 230/400V or 240/415V, and the like; and then the network format to which the multi-position selection switch currently corresponds is detected; and finally according to the corresponding network format, the system parameter which is preset is adjusted. Therefore, when in use, a plurality of types of network formats can be compatible, thereby meeting the requirements of users in different countries or regions, and enlarging the application scope of the voltage stabilizer.
