This invention provides an ignition coil configuration structure of internal combustion engine which is capable of compacting the component configuration and simply processing the wiring, wherein a spark plug cap (45j) of a spark plug (45) mounted on a forwards inclined cylinder cover (33), a connection terminal (171j) for collecting electric wiring of each sensor of an air damper body (25) mounted on an air suction passage (23) and each electric connection part of a connection terminal (24j) of an ejector mounted on the air suction passage are mounted at the same side of the air suction passage; an ignition coil (29) is mounted at the position superposed with a cylinder (32) viewed from the side along the side face of the side of a cylinder body (32) which is located at the side with theside where the air suction passage (23) of each electric connection part is mounted.
