Method and system for implementing packet switch network service transmission QoS guarantee

The invention discloses a method for the realization of QoS guarantee of business transmission in a packet switching network, comprising the following steps: a link aggregation comprising at least two routes which can reach a destination node is generated based on a plurality of next-hop routing nodes; links in the link aggregation is divided in accordance with the link performance levels corresponding to the business transmission QoS requirement levels; and corresponding links are selected from the link aggregation according to the QoS requirements of business data packets to transmit the data packets. The invention provides universal dividing service for various QoS businesses in network layers, and guarantees the processing of different business data packets by the network layers whilesatisfying the transmission requirements of various QoS businesses, thus providing the dynamic allocation network resources demanded by the network layers for supporting the QoS businesses.
